ECHN Family Development Center

The ECHN FDC distributes diapers to families enrolled in their Early Head Start, Healthy Families Healthy Babies, and Successful Teens Excelling as Parents and Partners (STEPP) home visiting programs. Additionally, diapers are available through the Family Resource Centers at Maple Street Elementary School in Vernon and Waddell Elementary School in Manchester.

In order to maximize our impact and effectively serve our community, the pantry works with several reputable organizations that have existing relationships with families. The pantry does not distribute diapers directly to families but through these community partners.

Vernon families can reach out to HVCC's food pantry to receive assistance with diapers during their regular pantry hours which are Monday 2-5pm, Wednesday 12-5pm, Thursday 9am-1pm and Friday 9am-12pm. In addition, counselor can distribute diapers to patients with young children during their appointments.

Manchester families can reach out to the Welcome Center to coordinate a contactless pickup of diapers. Email mfrison@mpspride.org and place  "diapers" in the subject line. Due to current COVID restrictions, walk-ins are not available.
